Our client is an international logistics agency is looking for:
1) OPERATION OFFFICER:
a. 1 year of working experience in this position
b. Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili language.
c. To handle documentation, and ensure it is being entered into the TANCIS SYSTEM
d. To control /follow final clearance at port or ICD to handover the goods in safe condition to client or Transporters after signing the DELIVERY NOTES,TFDA, Chemical permit etc)
e. To ensure servicing is carried out and also all document of vehicles are up to date
f. To attend physical verification and provide feedback at the office, regarding the ongoing verification and follow up for release order after verification done.
2) TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISOR:
a. Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili language.
b. At least 5 years working experiences in this position
c. Direct activities related to dispatching, routing and tracking transportation such as heavy truck and small car.
d. Help to manage and train drivers
e. Supervise all distribution and transportation planning and strategic activities
3) CUSTOMS CLEARANCE SUPERVISOR
a. At least 3 years working experiences in this position
b. Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili language.
c. Preferably Chinese Speaking and handwritten.
d. To be responsible for administrative issues, help in projects coordination, logistics, headhunting, procurement of resources and management.
e. To assist in marketing, presentation, conference organization and implementation and support all aspects of business projects.
