He vision is to become leading organizations in the provisional of financial and business development services in the Tanzania Agricultural Sector
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER ( 2 post)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in agricultural field preferable in agricultural economics, business administration’s or any similar qualifications
- 3 years experience in a reputable organizations two of which in industrial processing based organizations
- Experience in credit guarantee schemes and other financial and non- financial business
Service structure
Grow entry of administrative secretary levels with the minimum entry qualifications and raise to branch manager positions
Salary scale DPSG1
KEY REESULTS AREAS
- Promotion and informing about the role of PASS at meeting with potential clients at visit to client through handout and adverting
- Preparations of business plans proposal for PASS/CLIENT
- Making pre- evaluations of proposal presented for support and assisting entrepreneurs in improving on proposal into the business plans for acceptable standards
- Assist client with obtaining credit facilities from PASS collaborating banks
- Reporting to the management progress according to the agreed procedure
- Performing other duties as advice by management from time t time
